Your Vision Roofing started with a simple belief: homeowners in Northern Virginia deserve a contractor who answers the phone, shows up when they say they will, and explains the work in plain language. JJ and BJ Romero founded the company in 2020 and have grown it one roof — and one happy neighbor — at a time.
We're a proudly women-owned business, and we've earned GAF Master Elite certification — a standard held by only the top 2% of roofing contractors in North America — while staying small enough that an owner is still personally involved in every project.

JJ Romero
OwnerJJ runs the business side of Your Vision Roofing — the estimates, the numbers, and the systems that keep projects on schedule and on budget. With a background in banking and finance and years of building and running her own companies, she's the reason Your Vision is a certified women-owned business.
Her standard is simple: clear pricing, constant communication, and no surprises from the first call to the final cleanup.

Co-FounderBJ leads the part of the job homeowners actually see. With two decades in home improvement, he's the one walking your roof, documenting damage for your insurance adjuster, and making sure the crew leaves your property better than they found it.
Fluent in English and Spanish, BJ makes sure every homeowner understands exactly what's happening and why — and outside of work, he volunteers his time mentoring young people in the community.
